Welcome to my Home Brew site
This is just a basic site which houses some of my favorite home brew recipes. Check out my latest home brew creation! Its a Java stout... I could not find a recipe that I liked for a java stout so I created my own title "Dead Man's Coffin Coffee Stout". The first batch is done and I am very impressed with the results.

This
is a shot of the IPA that I brewed in 2006. The picture on the left is
IPA from the bottle. The one on the right is from the IPA that I had on
a brand new White American Oak Cask for 11 months (We cracked this at
the annual drink and make mead day 2006 - notice the difference in
color?)
